All prices are in GBP. However if ordering from overseas, Shopify may convert pricing into your local currency.

Review cards and Review Counter Stands are shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm. All other orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 working days

We offer customers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your order. You must first return the item at your own cost in it’s original condition.

If you wat to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible and we will issue a refund. If your item has already been shipped, you will need to return the item at your own cost before a refund will be issued.

If you have made a mistake with your order, please let us know as quickly as possible to we can sort this out for you. If we have already dispatched your items, we are unable to make any changes to the order until the original products have been returned to us.

We are based in the UK, so most of the time you will receive your order the very next day (if ordered before 3pm) for overseas orders, please allow a little bit longer for you to receive your items. All Review cards will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm. Other items we aim to dispatch within 1 – 2 working days.
